TERMS OF SERVICE
As I am chronically ill, my turnaround time is set to two months. Your commission could be completed much faster than that, but in order to give myself flexibility as I am a full time student, part time employee, and full time chronically ill person, refunds will begin to be issued after this two month period according to my refund policy below.If you need the artwork for any reason (event, gift, etc.) within my turnaround time of two months, I will accept a rush fee. You cannot ask for the art less than two weeks in advance.Rush Fees:
2 Weeks: $3
4 Weeks: $2
6 Weeks: $1Payment and Refunds
Payment taken upfront via CashApp. I don’t use PayPal, but if international folks are interested, we can communicate to figure out a payment system that would work. If absolutely necessary, I can use PayPal.
Partial refunds (10% per full week) will be issued if work is 1+ weeks over my turnaround time. If I am for some reason unable to complete your commission after receiving payment, a full refund will be issued. If you cancel your commission at any time, you will be refunded the amount you would have paid at the time (eg, $10 within the two month turnaround period for a $10 piece, $9 a full week after the turnaround time, etc.)Please credit me when posting my art anywhere/using my art as a pfp!You may not:
- Sell my art(personal use is fine)
- Hire another artist to upgrade (eg. shading flat pieces, coloring sketches)
- Input my art into AI or use AI to influence my art in any way (eg. editing my art using AI. You may edit my art yourself by changing colors, adding elements, etc.)
- Use my art as an NFT
- Remove my signature from the artWhen reaching out for a commission, please send me one of my rules from the terms of service with your request, so I can know you read them.
WILL DRAW- Portraits ( pet or human! )
- Human characters (animal elements are fine, eg. deer antlers, tail, wings)
- Queer characters (including top surgery scars, binders, etc)
- Any skin tone / body type
- Mobility aids / medical wearables
- HEALED self harm scars
- Tattoos / piercings
- Implied violence (ex. character holding a weapon, some blood)
- Ask!
WONT DRAW-NSFW or nudity of any kind, including artistic / nonsexual- Drug / alcohol use- Violent scenes- Gun violence- Self harm (unhealed) / suicide-
NOTE: I have the right to decline any elements I am uncomfortable drawing, even if not presently listed
